SHIPPING 

Please allow 14-21 days after placing your order to receive your item(s).

If you're based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates a pick up and delivery service is available.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping details are correct as we are unable to redirect once dispatched.    

A signature will be required upon delivery. Anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your parcel. Please note, we will not be liable for any lost or missing parcels that are signed for on your behalf.

All items are sent via. tracked and signed for services to ensure they are protected to their value whilst in transit. Should an item go missing whilst in transit you will receive a full refund or replacement - permitting that we have contacted postal services and they've confirmed it has not been delivered.

 

RETURNS

All items are made to order and with the correct measurements provided they should fit accurately.

With this, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES, UNLESS THE ITEMS ARE DEEMED FAULTY.

In regards to faulty items, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt and return it to us unused and with tags still attached. Any returned items that are no longer in their original state will not be accepted and will be sent back to you and/or a refund will be refused. Items are deemed faulty if they are received damaged, by means, any items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear will not meet the criteria of faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If the items cannot be repaired a replacement or full refund will be offered.

To return your order 

Please contact us on the contact page. 

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under duty to take reasonable care of the items and will be liable for the damage to them until we receive them. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. We cannot be responsible for any loss for any item(s) you have chosen to send. 

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency. Due to fluctuations in currency rates the amount refund may be slightly higher or lower than the price originally paid. On the receipt of return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible.
